Poor Customer Service

I purchased my Ram 3500 in May 2021. It took me six hours at the dealership, because there was not enough staff to handle the workload. Move forward two and half months, and I am trying to cancel the extended service contract, and the tire and wheel protection I purchased. I was at the dealer twice, and told both times that I would need the finance manager to cancel the contract. I waited for over an hour the last time, and the finance manager never showed up, so I left around 2:00pm. Before leaving, I was given the email address of the finance manager, a Mr. Frank. I emailed him asking to cancel the contract(s), and have received no reply. I was left with no choice but to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I also reached out to many veterans groups in the area, and encourage all of their members not to buy from your dealership. Every day the dealership fails to cancel the contract is less money returned to me on a prorated basis.

Drove down from Roseville and were completely ignored by salesman Coach and Eiijah Evens and never were acknowledged so we went to the dealer in Roseville instead LASHERS SUCKS

Lasher auto is by far the absolute worst dealership i have ever delt with the finanve manager is an unprifessiinal liar who claimed he had our backs but never did *** to help us. After leavubg the lot w a 2015 jeep patriot, having it for over 30 days they tell us they cant find a bank to carry thr loan after weeks of. Leaving messages for joe and our salesman herbie of which no one would ever return i exit my place of employment to find thr car had been taken from the parking lot. Joe again avoids our calls and only after pretending to be a different customer were we able to get him to the phone at which time he laughed at thr taking of the vehicle. When asked who i could retreive my personnal belingibgs from (my purse abd wallet were in the car) he refused to help abd again laughed sharing the joke w others in the room. I understand the scope of the situation and can own our part in the problem but to be blatently disrespected and brushed off and laughed at are bad buisness practices and i wouldnt recimmend doing buusness w them

Transmission cooler problems burnt up

new truck 1,500 dodge no one calls me back ! i have called and left e mails truck was fixed once and now is back to its same old *** . Folsom lake dodge has it seeing what they can do. i should not have to go threw this I bought 2 vehicles from you at the same time . VIP treatment if this was them being treated this way bet they would look at this different I would like to return this new truck i feel it is my only option . i have a clean up business and must be able to count on it

Purchased a used vehicle with tons of problems

In October of 2012 I purchased a ore-owned 2010 Chevy Traverse from Lasher's via Elk Grove Audi. I was assured the vehicle had gone through a complete inspection, the same inspection they do for their certified pre-owned vehicles. I immediately began having problems with the car, heat/AC not working, heated seats not working, auto hatch release not working, transmission slipping, a smell of exhaust entering the car while driving causing a headache every time I drove the car. I contacted the dealership several times and was given the run around and told basically to take to a Chevy dealer and then let Lasher's know the outcome, they told me they have been in business forever and care about their customers, well guess what, that is a lie! After it was worked on by Chevy and I tried to reach the same person I had spoken to as well as requesting to speak to a manager, NO ONE has ever called me back! Chevy dealer had my car for over a week as they waited for parts, during which time jaws without a car and unfortunately it still has problems and will have to go back to Chevy again! Thank God I bought the warranty, however I have a deductible everything it goes in and these things should have been fixed before selling, if it supposedly had an inspection, this items would have been noted. Leading me to believe it was never inspected. Also it has some problems that were expired recalls which are not covered under warranty so I'm out of pocket for those.

Avoid Lasher Dodge In Elk Grove Auto Mall

I purchased a new 09 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT from Elk Grove Lasher Dodoge on August 23, 2009. After all papaer work was signed and we were going through the walk around I noticed that the front bumber had been damaged, the driver window dodn't roll down and various black plastic pieces were faded. the sales men took note of the issues and said all would be taken car of. Couple of days later I contacted the sales man to make sure all the parts were ordered so when I make the appointment the parts would be there. The following week I took the truck in. The service guy tells me that the parts were not in. There were 7 recalls that hadn't been fixed while sitting on the lot (sales man never disclosed this info). During this time he laughed and thought my problems were funny. I filed a complaint with the sales manager, but yieled nothing but excusses. Lasher would not take any responsibility for the mishaps. I'm amazed at there poor costumer service. I will not take my vehicle back there and I will spread the word not to deal with this Dealer!!!!!!!!!
